MaxHealth is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Team Lead to provide leadership, support, and training to Clinical Assistants within their assigned clinics. This role ensures patients receive high-quality care based on risk assessment and provides patient triage and/or care under the direction of the Primary Care Provider and/or Medical Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Clinical Assistants to ensure efficient and effective patient care
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance Clinical Assistants' skills and knowledge
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to Clinical Assistants
- Collaborate with Primary Care Providers and Medical Directors to ensure patient care meets quality standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
- CMA, RMA, or LPN with current, unrestricted license in the state of Florida (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years management or supervisory experience in a clinical setting (preferred)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Computer literacy and experience using EMR/EHR systems (eClinicalworks experience preferred)
