About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Lynch Automotive Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, establish trust, and build strong relationships.
* Listen attentively to customers' needs and preferences, ask probing questions, and provide expert advice.
* Conduct test drives with customers to showcase vehicle features and ensure a seamless buying experience.
* Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
* Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
* Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions they may have.
* Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, technologies, and products to provide customers with expert recommendations.
What We Offer

Requirements:
* Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is not required; training will be provided.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
* Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
* Professional appearance and demeanor, with a genuine desire to help customers find the right vehicle.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
