  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Address customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to staff to improve performance and achieve goals.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage cash handling and point-of-sale systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
    • Monitor and control labor costs to ensure profitability.
  • Other Duties
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager or other members of the management team.

Requirements

  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Some post-secondary education or training preferred.
  • Experience
    • One year of relevant experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
    • Experience in supervising and managing staff.
  • Skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
