Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Operate various cleaning equipment, such as autoclaves and floor buffers.
  • Restock supplies and materials as needed.
  • Participate in emergency procedures, including fire drills and code brown situations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
  • No formal experience required; on-the-job training provided.
  • 1 year of experience working directly with customers preferred.
Core Competencies
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
Physical and Mental Demands
  • Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods.
