About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Green Franchise (Village Inn). As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, working closely with the General Manager to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing business strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of hourly team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and other operational expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Ensure that all restaurant operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local health and safety regulations.
