Senior Store Leader

SMCP North America is a leading luxury retail company with a presence in the US and Canada. We are seeking a highly motivated Store Manager to join our team.
We offer a competitive salary of $66,560—$83,200 USD per year, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, 401K retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of prior supervisory experience in luxury retail management, preferably in human resources and people development. They should also possess solid leadership skills, results-oriented approach, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for developing a robust business strategy, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will also be expected to build relationships with corporate partners and develop effective store operations.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity.
