Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of care and services to residents, including medication administration, daily living activities, and recreational activities.
  • Supervise and train staff members to ensure they are providing high-quality care and services.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans and service agreements in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures.
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and inventory, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Residential Services to develop and implement program goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
  • CPR, 1st Aid, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and DSP training.
  • Illinois Food Service and Sanitation certificate.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
