Job Description

As a Branch Manager at PNC, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of branch performance. This includes driving revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions with clients, and solutions that help them achieve financial well-being. You will create a differentiated customer experience, making banking easy in an omni-channel environment. You will collaborate with a broad range of ecosystem partners and be accountable for risk management and compliance. You will build a high-performing team through the attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development of branch team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead branch performance and drive revenue growth through consultative interactions with clients
  • Create a differentiated customer experience in an omni-channel environment
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to drive business results
  • Build and manage a high-performing team through talent acquisition, onboarding, coaching, and development
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and adherence to established policies and procedures
Requirements
  • 3+ years of related experience in retail banking or a related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and manage a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, team members, and ecosystem partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business results and manage risk
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
