Job Summary:

Farnsworth Group is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Transportation Engineer to join our team in St. Louis, MO or Belleville, IL office. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for managing projects, coordinating with clients, and providing expert engineering analysis and computations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion of projects

Assist in the coordination of estimating, scoping, and marketing strategies for proposed projects

Prepare or modify reports, specifications, plans, studies, permits, and designs for various projects

Delegate and/or supervise the work of other engineers

Participate in business development efforts and attend client meetings and make presentations in support of the client/project manager

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited Civil, Transportation, or Traffic Engineer program

10-15 years of transportation or traffic engineering experience

MODOT or local MO project experience is required

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)

Ability to manage and collaborate with engineers, technicians, clients, and administrators
