About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Transcend Practice Management. As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of our office, working closely with our Wealth Advisors and other staff members to ensure the accuracy of transactions, oversee account maintenance, and ensure compliance with all relevant government regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Run the Organization: Promote team collaboration and an excellent client experience, planning, directing, coordinating, and overseeing operations activities in the organization.
  • Client Servicing and Tasks: Oversee all client servicing and tasks, organizing workflow across key divisions of the organization.
  • Innovation and Efficiency: Bring innovation to client experience standards, own and continuously improve operating cadence, processes, and strategies for optimized efficiency and productivity.
  • Relationship Management: Manage key relationships and build a process to track and nurture key stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications
  • College degree required
  • FINRA Series 65 preferred
  • FPQP preferred
  • Minimum of five to ten years of experience in wealth management industry is required
  • Minimum of three to five years of experience in a client-facing role is required
  • Strong experience in calendar management (Calendly)
  • Familiarity with Google Docs
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Strong computer desktop skills are required: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Technology-forward and internet savvy
  • Experience working within a fee-based advisory team or RIA
  • Ability to break down complex objectives into discrete steps and tasks to facilitate success
  • Ability to adapt
