The Behavioral Support Specialist will aid in collecting data for functional behavioral assessments, behavior intervention plans, and support plans for students not classified as having a disability. Additionally, they will assist in creating a Plan for Independence for students requiring extra educational support. The District Behavior Specialist will supervise the specialists and work alongside school leaders to identify areas where support is necessary. Specialists will also keep a Google Calendar to log services provided in collaboration with the Behavior Specialist. Qualifications High School Diploma, completion of 60 college hours or Paraprofessional Assessment, and CPI training (or willingness to undergo training). Compensation The hourly wage is set at $25.39, contingent upon the candidate's professional experience. The position entails 180 working days per year, with a daily commitment of 7.5 hours.
