  • Utilize effective communication and organizational skills to manage member care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in managed care is required.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare environment is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with utilization management and case management processes is beneficial.
