KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitates the establishment and maintenance of objectives, policies, and procedures to guarantee the effective functioning of designated physician practices.
- Collaborates with administrative leaders, physicians, and clinical staff to design, implement, and oversee clinical initiatives.
- Aims to enhance operational processes by applying innovative concepts and techniques, identifying and integrating technology to optimize efficiency.
- Coordinates various activities including growth strategies, space management, acquisition of technological resources, data analysis, and the formulation of goals and objectives.
- Continuously reviews the comprehensiveness of programs and devises strategies for adaptation in response to market dynamics.
- Engages in the monitoring and evaluation of program performance, routinely assessing metrics such as volumes, referrals, and trends.
- Ensures the appropriate flow of information to facilitate timely and effective management of clinical and financial matters.
