Job OverviewAt Micro Tech Staffing Group, we're seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Atlanta. As a key member of our technical staff, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.Responsibilities

We're looking for a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined individual who can perform routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and assist with installations and setups. Your strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues using technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
  • Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment, ensuring proper configuration and testing.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or vocational training a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, with a strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
