As a Punchlist Specialist, you will be part of a team that prioritizes excellence and aims to surpass expectations on every assignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute tasks as directed by the project manager, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
  • Perform general repairs and carpentry tasks, including framing, drywall repair/replacement, texture matching, flooring installation, and finishing work.
  • Engage with project managers to ensure all requirements are met effectively.
  • Arrive at job sites equipped with necessary materials and tools for each assigned task.
  • Organize and prioritize workload while providing regular updates to the project manager.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of job sites at the end of each workday.
  • Keep accurate records of completed work.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in punch list work or a related field within the construction industry.
  • Basic computer skills for electronic documentation submission.
  • Must possess personal tools and reliable transportation.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with clients, vendors, and colleagues at all levels.
  • Must have personal tools and dependable transportation.
  • Currently residing in the U.S.
