Industrial Maintenance Technician

We're seeking skilled Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support our manufacturing facility in Gainesville, GA. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance & Repair:
    • Perform routine maintenance on industrial equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
    • Troubleshoot and repair machinery, including motors, pumps, and conveyor systems, to minimize production disruptions.
    • Collaborate with the maintenance team to complete repairs efficiently and effectively.
  • Equipment Upgrades:
    • Assist with equipment modifications and upgrades to improve efficiency, safety, and productivity.
    • Work with the engineering team to implement new machinery and systems that meet our operational needs.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Document all maintenance activities, including repairs and parts used, to ensure accurate records and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain accurate records of equipment and repair history for future reference and decision-making.
  • Safety Compliance:
    • Follow established safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
    • Conduct regular safety inspections and provide recommendations for improvement to maintain a safe and healthy workplace.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
