POSITION OVERVIEW: FLOOR TECHNICIAN I

SUMMARY OF ROLE

The Floor Technician I is responsible for maintaining optimal floor conditions while upholding a high level of cleanliness and service. This role is essential in adhering to established infection control protocols.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to comprehend and communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.

Basic proficiency in computer operations.

Completion of High School Diploma or GED is required.

A minimum of six (6) months of experience in professional floor maintenance is preferred.

ORGANIZATIONAL STANDARDS

Exhibits a professional and positive image of the organization.

Encourages a safety-oriented culture through diligent reporting, documentation, and adherence to infection control measures.
