We're seeking charismatic and empathetic individuals to join our team as Telehealth Specialists. In this role, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting remote eye exam processes and serving as a liaison between patients and Telemedicine Remote Physicians
• Maintaining accurate patient records and providing essential information to our doctors
• Transitioning patients from the doctor to our sales floor, where you'll educate and recommend products and services tailored to their eye care needs
• Executing day-to-day operational activities to support our exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals
