Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Assistant to the Managing Director, Development. This position will play a critical role in supporting the development team in achieving our fundraising goals and advancing the organization's mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Managing Director, Development in planning and executing fundraising strategies and events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the development team to create and implement effective fundraising campaigns.
  • Provide administrative support to the development team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Assist with special events, including planning, coordination, and execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or non-profit management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fundraising, development, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
