Job Title: Phlebotomy Specialist III - Float

At Bayone, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Phlebotomy Specialist III - Float to join our team. As a Phlebotomy Specialist III - Float, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in a variety of settings, including doctor's offices and patient service centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect blood samples from patients using a variety of techniques, including venipuncture and capillary collection.
  • Prepare blood samples for laboratory testing, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain a safe and professional environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Travel to multiple locations, including doctor's offices and patient service centers, as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; medical training or certification preferred.
  • Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections, required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record required, if applicable.
