PAC-3 Sustainment Production Operations Manager

As a key member of the PAC-3 Production Operations team, you will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of the program, coordinating across multiple manufacturing sites and functions to achieve goals, managing multiple control accounts as a Production Operations Control Account Manager (CAM), and driving process improvements to increase cost competitiveness of the PAC-3 Sustainment program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily tactical requirements in balance with long-term, strategic efforts to improve Production Operations performance.
  • Build effective relationships across multiple production sites to develop mutually beneficial strategies, seamless collaboration, and overall strengthening of the LTIAMD Production Operations team.
  • Create an environment that accepts risk, pushes the bounds of manufacturing, implements products designed for manufacturing, and provides a seamless transition experience for production teams.
  • Manage subassembly requirements to support the final assembly IOP and build back schedules for Missile Maintenance contracts by managing adequate setback in support of Missile delivery flexibility.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • Must have or be able to obtain a security clearance.
  • Production site, shop floor, or manufacturing experience.
  • Possess appropriate political acumen to successfully present compelling cases to a variety of customers.
  • A clear understanding of production processes.
