PAC-3 Sustainment Production Operations Manager

As a key member of the PAC-3 Production Operations team, you will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of the program, coordinating across multiple manufacturing sites and functions to achieve goals, managing multiple control accounts as a Production Operations Control Account Manager (CAM), and driving process improvements to increase cost competitiveness of the PAC-3 Sustainment program.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily tactical requirements in balance with long-term, strategic efforts to improve Production Operations performance.
- Build effective relationships across multiple production sites to develop mutually beneficial strategies, seamless collaboration, and overall strengthening of the LTIAMD Production Operations team.
- Create an environment that accepts risk, pushes the bounds of manufacturing, implements products designed for manufacturing, and provides a seamless transition experience for production teams.
- Manage subassembly requirements to support the final assembly IOP and build back schedules for Missile Maintenance contracts by managing adequate setback in support of Missile delivery flexibility.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Must have or be able to obtain a security clearance.
- Production site, shop floor, or manufacturing experience.
- Possess appropriate political acumen to successfully present compelling cases to a variety of customers.
- A clear understanding of production processes.
- Control Account Management Certified.
- Ability to work with teams of diverse backgrounds, job functions, and geographic locations.
- Bias towards results-oriented behavior and is truly energized by change.
- Persistent, detail-oriented attitude to strive for continuous improvement.
- Strong operating knowledge of SAP/MRO.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management skills, ability to multitask to achieve results.
- Demonstrated skills in team building and leading through influence.
