Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office tasks such as filing and responding to phone inquiries.
- Serve as a backup for the Front Office Secretary.
- Support telemarketing efforts and schedule appointments.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while assisting clients.
- Perform data entry using proprietary software, Excel, and Word.
- Engage with staff and customers as necessary.
- Coordinate and confirm appointments for clients and supervisors.
- Discuss account details with customers or relevant personnel.
- Process customer payments over the phone as required.
- Assist in generating specialized reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and courteous phone etiquette.
- Comfortable with various communication methods including phone, text, and email.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Able to operate standard office equipment.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
- Skilled in identifying task urgency and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess the patience and endurance to remain at a desk throughout the workday.
The work schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. Additional training will be provided to ensure success in this role.
