Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at North Shore Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents/patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the RN Unit Manager or DON
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident/patient
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Current licensure as an LPN in the State
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to use necessary supplies and equipment
  • Ability to calculate drug dosage
  • Ability to relate positively with residents, families, and other center staff
