As a Technical Employee in Building Maintenance, you will be responsible for coordinating important tasks in the area of technical building management. This will include:

  • Coordinating maintenance schedules to ensure that all building systems are functioning properly
  • Planning and supervising maintenance measures to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime
  • Coordinating and managing the in-house caretaker service to ensure that all facilities are clean and well-maintained
  • Creating and maintaining safety-related documents such as fire plans or escape and rescue plans to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Adhering to maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime
  • Conducting procurement procedures for construction and maintenance services to ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available
  • On-site construction supervision to ensure that all construction projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Accompanying external specialist planners and executing companies to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards
  • Project-specific administrative tasks to ensure that all projects are properly documented and tracked

Your profile should include:

  • Successful completion of a state-certified technician program in a relevant field, such as civil engineering
  • Thorough knowledge of current VOB (Contract Procedures for Construction Works) and building regulations
  • Proficient in standard software used in the construction industry
  • Professional experience in construction management to ensure that you can effectively coordinate and manage construction projects
  • Independent and structured way of working to ensure that you can work effectively in a fast-paced environment
