Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Concierge Transportation Associate to join our team at UT Medical. This part-time position requires the successful candidate to transport guests safely and efficiently within the campus using a golf cart or a 15-passenger bus.
Essential Functions:
- Greet customers with a courteous demeanor and provide exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Transport guests to various locations on the campus, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
- Communicate effectively with customers and staff regarding parking, parking locations, and guest services.
- Maintain equipment properly, including keeping it clean and well-maintained.
- Work independently and as part of the team to achieve common goals.
- Observe safety precautions at all times to ensure a secure environment.

- The ability to detect safety concerns and adjust accordingly.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
This role requires frequent standing, talking, and handling objects, while occasionally walking, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. You will also be required to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and sit for extended periods.
