Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team at BioSpace, Inc. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing equipment maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance and reliability of our biopharmaceutical equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement equipment maintenance strategies to improve reliability and reduce downtime
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address equipment failures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain equipment maintenance plans and schedules
  • Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Implement and maintain a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track equipment maintenance and performance
  • Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance personnel
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure maintenance personnel have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Process, or Chemical Engineering or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in maintenance and reliability engineering in a biopharmaceutical or related industry
  • Strong knowledge of reliability engineering principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
