  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage balance sheet and bank account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide payroll and grant accounting support as needed, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Process Accounts Payable and Receivable, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Execute month-end close activities, ensuring all financial statements are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Post journal entries to the General Ledger, maintaining a clear and transparent financial record.
  • Handle accrual accounting, ensuring accurate and timely recognition of revenues and expenses.
  • Assist external auditors, lenders, and investors, providing timely and accurate financial information.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including organizing documents, filing, and other office duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in full-cycle accounting, with a strong background in financial operations and management.
  • Preferred Skills: Familiarity with NetSuite, grant accounting, and payroll is advantageous but not mandatory.
