Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests and members.
  • Achieve personal sales targets, consistently meeting or exceeding expectations.
  • Oversee daily operations at the front desk to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to drive sales performance and key metrics.
  • Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  • Provide coaching and performance monitoring to the front desk and sales teams.
  • Educate members on services and promote sales initiatives.
  • Passionately advocate for our products and services.
  • Handle administrative tasks alongside the General Manager, including reporting and cash management.

Qualifications:

  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training, conferences, or business meetings.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
