About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at BrightSpring Health Services. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality behavioral services to individuals with developmental disabilities and behaviorally challenged populations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or community environments.

• Provide one-on-one therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home or community setting, promoting positive behavioral change and skill development.

• Work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement treatment goals and objectives, ensuring the highest level of care and support for our clients.

• Provide regular feedback to supervisors regarding client progress and program data, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.

• Facilitate the teaching of communication, self-help, social skills, and other targeted treatment goals, empowering individuals to achieve their full potential.

• Track client progress and program data, utilizing this information to inform treatment decisions and optimize outcomes.

Requirements

• Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) certification, preferred.

• Bachelor's degree, preferred.

• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with insurance coverage.

• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs, with a strong ability to use problem-solving and critical thinking skills at all times.

Salary Range
