About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Behavior Analyst to join our team at LittleStar ABA Therapy. As a Clinical Behavior Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing behavior support plans, supervising the implementation of new skill acquisition programs, and providing training and feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement behavior support plans and new skill acquisition programs
  • Supervise the implementation of programs and provide feedback and training to RBTs
  • Conduct functional assessments and analyses
  • Participate in assessment processes and attend parent meetings, staff meetings, and other meetings as needed
  • Provide information about programming to parents and attend IEP meetings as needed
  • Offer feedback on staff performance reviews and assist with new RBT training
  • Participate in research and presentation opportunities at local and national conferences
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in ABA or related field
  • Board certification in behavior analysis (BCBA)
  • Experience with behavior guideline development and programming for children with autism
  • Strong attention to detail for data collection and report writing
  • Positive team player and energetic professional
  • Ability to train others (parents, staff) in basic principles of ABA, curriculum, programs, etc.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills along with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Good judgment and creative thinking skills
