Henry County Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional emergency care services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely communication.
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
- BLS, NRP, PALS, ACLS, and CPI certifications currently held or must be obtained.
- Prior nursing experience preferred, but not required.
