Superintendent - Construction Project Manager

The Axel Group, LLC is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their construction projects. With a strong background in low-rise or midrise, stick build, multi-family buildings, this individual will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise construction activities to ensure projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.
- Plan and coordinate work schedules, determining manpower levels, material quantities, and equipment requirements.
- Supervise trade craft employees and other contractors as required by contract.
- Provide technical assistance, interpretation of drawings, and recommend construction methods and equipment as needed.
- Ensure all onsite personnel comply with project procedures, safety program requirements, and work rules.
- Document all violations, notify project management, and recommend corrective actions as required.
- Assume responsibility for productivity of crafts, efficient use of materials and equipment, and contractual performance of the project.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- OSHA 30 certification
- Experience with multifamily ground up projects or ground up experience
