**Role Responsibilities**

The Speech-Language Pathologist will focus on delivering interventions in articulation, language, and fluency. Responsibilities include assessing student requirements, providing top-notch speech and language therapy, and collaborating with educational staff and families to support student services. Every child has the right to achieve their full potential, and we seek an outstanding clinician to play a vital role in enhancing student success.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Develops and executes intervention programs to address the speech/language deficits of identified students
  • Collaborates with educational staff and families to create and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to student needs
  • Provides consultation and support to school personnel and families regarding student speech and language objectives
  • Serves as a resource for families, educational staff, and caregivers concerning speech/language development
  • Conducts necessary screening and/or diagnostic assessments to evaluate children's speech/language abilities, when required
  • Analyzes diagnostic results, identifies strengths and weaknesses in speech/language skills, and generates reports for educational staff and families
  • Maintains knowledge of all relevant policies and procedures governing these services
  • Completes required documentation accurately and promptly
  • May involve light lifting, walking, and/or climbing stairs
**Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution is mandatory
  • Master's Degree from an ASHA accredited program is essential
  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license/credential is required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competency is preferred
  • Experience in a school environment is advantageous
