**Role Summary**

The Speech-Language Pathologist will focus on delivering interventions targeting articulation, language, and fluency. This role involves assessing student needs, providing exceptional speech and language therapy, and collaborating with educational staff and families to ensure effective service delivery. **Key Responsibilities**
  • Develops and executes intervention strategies to address the speech/language deficits of identified students
  • Collaborates with educational staff and families to create and implement tailored intervention plans
  • Provides consultation and support to school personnel and parents regarding students' speech and language objectives
  • Serves as a resource for parents, educators, and caregivers on speech/language development
  • Conducts necessary screenings and/or assessments to evaluate children's speech/language abilities, as needed
  • Analyzes assessment results, identifies strengths and weaknesses in speech/language skills, and prepares reports for educational staff and families
  • Maintains knowledge of all relevant policies and procedures governing these services
  • Completes required documentation accurately and promptly
  • May involve light lifting, walking, and/or climbing stairs
**Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution is required
  • Master's Degree from an ASHA accredited program is mandatory
  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license/credential is essential
  • Certificate of Clinical Competency is preferred
  • Experience in a school environment is advantageous
