Position Overview

Hematology Oncology Associates of CNY (HOACNY), recognized as one of Central New York's premier workplaces, is seeking a full-time Patient Navigator Team Leader to enhance our dedicated team. HOACNY specializes in providing comprehensive cancer care services across multiple locations.

Role Summary:

The Patient Navigator Team Leader will oversee the operational flow of all Patient Navigator functions across our practice sites. This role is essential in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient support and guidance throughout their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize workflow across all Patient Navigator areas.
  • Deliver consistent training and development for all patient navigators.
  • Provide coverage and support for navigator responsibilities as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, along with stipends and bonuses. Our generous benefits package includes medical, dental, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, a 401k/pension plan, tuition reimbursement, paid holidays, and advanced paid time off.
