Role Summary:
The Patient Navigator Team Leader will oversee the operational flow of all Patient Navigator functions across our practice sites. This role is essential in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient support and guidance throughout their treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize workflow across all Patient Navigator areas.
- Deliver consistent training and development for all patient navigators.
- Provide coverage and support for navigator responsibilities as needed.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, along with stipends and bonuses.
