Job Title: Construction Billing Admin

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Billing Admin to support our Construction Operations Manager and team with various administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchasing, billing, and costing, with excellent Microsoft Office skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update and maintain project spreadsheets with job-related data.
  • Prepare and modify billing documents using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Collect and compile project details and job packages.
  • Submit invoices and backup documents to customers.
  • Evaluate product costs versus sell prices to ensure profits.
  • Compare product purchases to product quotes and itemize missing products.
  • Update and maintain construction reports with billing data.
  • Accurately complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Two years of college or equivalent related work experience.
  • Purchasing and/or accounting experience is a plus.
  • Microsoft Office intermediate or higher experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motivated self-starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
