Participants in our in-store Leadership Growth Initiative will commence their journey as team members, acquiring comprehensive knowledge of the operational responsibilities associated with this role.
Our core value is growth, and individuals in the Leadership Development Pathway will follow a structured growth trajectory similar to all team members, with enhanced expectations and support.
Participants will engage in all developmental roles within our establishment. Advancement is contingent upon the successful completion of development checklists.
This program is open-ended, with no guaranteed progression to a specific level; however, there is a minimum six-month requirement to transition into the Shift Leader role, which serves as our entry-level leadership position.
Team Member: $14-$16/hr
Supervisor - Leadership Level: $15-$18/hr
Manager - Leadership Level: $17-$20/hr
Director - Executive Leadership Level: $21+/hr
Key Qualifications:
- Flexibility and open availability
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead and delegate effectively
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Commitment to completing a minimum six-month development program
- Physical capabilities may include standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and stooping.
