Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing compensation strategies that align with our organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain job architecture frameworks to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of job offers to ensure alignment with organizational standards and market competitiveness.
  • Oversee and manage the merit increase process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Review and adjust salary grade structures to maintain internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Develop and manage job descriptions to accurately reflect roles and responsibilities within the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience handling compensation activities.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing compensation/remuneration survey processes and performing complex reporting and data/trend analyses.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
What We Offer

In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $94,640 - $169,520 per year for the role of Lead/Senior Compensation Analyst.
