Job Summary

Prompt Recruiting is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team. As an Assessment Psychologist, you will play a critical role in providing psychological assessments and differential diagnoses to children referred for autism services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive developmental evaluations for children primarily aged 0-4, with a focus on assessing cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Provide accurate and detailed differential diagnoses for children referred for autism services, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans, working closely with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Collaborate with our Family Support team and ABA team to ensure warm hand-offs and comprehensive care for our clients.
  • Potentially supervise Post-Doctoral Fellows, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and expertise.

Requirements

  • PhD or PsyD in Clinical or School Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Proven experience assessing children with autism and other developmental differences, with a strong understanding of the latest assessment tools and techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Specialization in assessing children with autism and other developmental differences, with a strong focus on early intervention and prevention.
  • Experience using the ADOS-2 assessment tool, particularly the Toddler Module and Modules 1 & 2.
  • Specialization in pediatric neuropsychological assessment, with a strong understanding of the complex needs of children with autism and other developmental differences.
