Medical Technology Operations Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Technology Operations Supervisor to join our team at Blue Origin. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the setup of new production work areas, including tooling and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform second-party verifications and hardware inspections to engineering models, drawings, specifications, and written procedures.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurrence control.
  • Operate various material handling equipment, including forklifts, overhead cranes, aerial lifts, and other ground support equipment as required.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for area safety and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, integration, or another relevant field.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately, in writing and in person.
  • Basic computer skills, such as Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
  • S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
  • Industry certification, trade school training, and/or degree in a related field.
