Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including scheduling meetings, organizing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Communication Planning: Develop and implement strategic internal and management communication plans to ensure effective communication across the organization.
  • Event Planning: Organize and support team meetings, workshops, and events to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Design and prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and other documentation to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide communication support and ensure alignment with company goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communication or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Strong English and German language skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Digital Competence: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoints, and Microsoft Teams channels.
  • Visualization Skills: Strong visualization skills, with experience in designing and developing presentation materials using PowerPoint, Think-cell, and Conceptboard.
