Position Overview:

The Administrator In Training (AIT) program at Caldera Care is structured to equip individuals with the necessary skills to become licensed nursing home Administrators. AITs will acquire practical experience across various departments and areas of the facility while benefiting from mentorship by experienced preceptors and community leaders.

  • Assist in evaluating facility operations
  • Serve as a liaison among the facility, residents, families, and the community
  • Stay informed on industry regulations and compliance updates
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement
  • Oversee budgets, expenses, revenue, and census
  • Support clinical practices and behavior management strategies
  • Assume leadership responsibilities in multiple departments

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business from an accredited four-year institution is required.
