We are seeking a highly skilled Adult Consultation Liaison Psychiatrist to join our team at Provider Solutions & Development. As a key member of our Behavioral Health Division, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide consultation and liaison services to patients and families in a hospital setting
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop strategies for improvement
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders
- Board-eligible/board-certified in Psychiatry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in consultation liaison psychiatry or a related field
- A competitive salary range of $260,160 to $358,467 per year
