  • Provide maintenance and operational training to customer representatives.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and diagnose machinery malfunctions, including mechanical, electronic, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
  • Conduct service interventions at customer sites, ensuring efficient and effective problem resolution.
  • Complete service reporting and documentation.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies and guidelines consistently.
  • Keep all company equipment secure at all times.
Requirements:
  • Relevant electrical and mechanical experience is required.
  • Ability to read blueprints and perform basic mathematical conversions (e.g., voltage).
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in root cause analysis of machinery issues.
  • Attention to detail in reporting and documenting activities, including expense reports using basic Excel.
  • Previous experience in technical service interventions for industrial machinery.
  • Technical diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electronic, electrical, and pneumatic principles.
  • Proficient in using mechanical and electrical measuring instruments.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
