Role Summary

The primary responsibility of the Warehouse Associate - Kitting is to efficiently gather stock to fulfill customer orders, manage incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintain the overall organization of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implement and uphold Company safety, health, and environmental protocols, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  2. Adhere to Company policies and procedures, including Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) standards.
  3. Assemble components by interpreting schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
  4. Utilize hand tools and machinery for assembly tasks.
  5. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure product standards are met.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good condition.
  7. Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary and confirming receipt of supplies.
  8. Document production and quality metrics as required.
  9. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in operating various materials handling equipment, including hand trucks and pallet jacks.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Basic proficiency in reading and writing in English.
  • Competency in basic math and computer skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic, both independently and as part of a team.
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be in good physical condition, capable of standing or bending for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Good hand-eye coordination is essential.
