Soliant Education is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a school setting. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in supporting students with special needs and collaborating with educators to develop and implement effective behavior plans.
Key Responsibilities- Consult with teachers to develop and implement behavior plans
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and write behavior plans
- Oversee the implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) by teacher assistants
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
