Electrical Assistant Project Manager - Data Center Construction

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Assistant Project Manager to join our team at Pkaza LLC. As a key member of our Critical Facilities team, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of data center construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of electrical projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Project Manager in managing day-to-day activities impacting the delivery of critical facilities construction projects
  • Represent the company in project meetings and act as a liaison with contractors, vendors, and clients
  • Ensure all project responsibilities are met by contractors and vendors
  • Aid the Project Manager in managing multiple projects simultaneously and creating project schedules
  • Coordinate deliveries of equipment with customers' construction contractors
  • Develop project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting
  • Assist with reporting and RFPs to contractors
  • Drive Company Standards uniformly across all projects
  • Aid with financial aspects of contracts, including progress billing and rental equipment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the Data Center Construction Industry
  • BA/BS/AAS degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of experience as a licensed journeyman electrician
  • Data Center Construction experience as a contractor
  • Experience managing a budget and supervising a team
  • Knowledge of electrical trade practices, methods, equipment, materials, and tools
  • Ability to supervise skilled workers and provide guidance and leadership
  • Experience interpreting blueprints and specifications
  • Knowledge of electrical conduits, power systems, and construction project management
