Lead a Team to Success at BOURDON

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at BOURDON. As a leader, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing client base, while also identifying new business opportunities and leading a small team to achieve sales and service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base and develop new business opportunities
  • Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes
  • Monitor and report on field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales and service goals

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Desire to be active in the community
  • Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred)

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
