About the Role

The Financial Specialist - Financial Information Center is a critical member of our Financial Analysis team, providing financial and analytical support to the firm. This role will be based in our Global Services Office in downtown Los Angeles and may be eligible for a flexible working schedule. Our team is diverse and global, with a presence in Hong Kong, London, Manchester, and Los Angeles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Retrieve and report financial balance information for client audits
  • Handle requests for client billing history, inventory balances, timekeeper statistics, and client and practice area statistics
  • Perform data integrity and report accuracy checks as requested
  • Prepare recurring reports related to client statistics and firm financial metrics
  • Support experienced analysts in completing analytical and reporting tasks as requested
  • Protect and maintain sensitive, confidential, and proprietary financial information
Requirements
  • Proficiency with PC applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools, including SAP Business Objects, Microsoft PowerBI, and Tableau
  • Ability to work independently to research, analyze, and develop financial information
