We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Compile reports, create presentations, and gather information as needed.
  • Coordinate calendars, manage appointments, and make travel arrangements.
  • Plan and set up special events, training sessions, and meetings.
  • Prepare reports, handouts, and materials.
  • Order and maintain inventory of company swag.
  • Manage employee rewards and recognition programs.

**Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Associate's degree minimum).
  • At least 2 years of directly relevant administrative experience.
  • Intermediate-level expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
  • High-level interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations and confidential information.
  • Advanced knowledge of confirming and rescheduling appointments, recordkeeping practices, and stakeholder communication.
